TC2550 Drystik is a pressure sensitive adhesive used for the production of self adhesive P.O.S, labels, name plates, dry transfers and stickers. It has excellent printing quantities, outdoor durability and is odour free. This adhesive combines excellent adherence with easy removal and refixing after application.
Suitable for both natural and jet air drying.

Technical Data
Thinning:
TC2550 Drystik is supplied ready to use but may be thinned up to 10% with water to enable various levels of tack to be achieved.
Printing:
TC2550 Drystik is easy to print with good screen stability. It is recommended that TC6016 Diazo Emulsion No.5 should be used when stencils are required, water soluble products are not recommended.
Meshes of No 49-62 monofilament are recommended in order to obtain the film thickness necessary for good adhesion.
Caution: Should never be left to dry in the mesh as it becomes insoluble in watewer when dry.
Drying:
-Air Drying: 1-4 hours dependent on shop conditions
-Jet Air Drying: 30 seconds to 1 minute to set
TC2550 Drystik allows repeated removals of labels on most surfaces. However, make sure that the surface to be labelled is clean and free of dust or grease.
